Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Terpene Rich™ purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We’ll even pay for your return shipping! Products must be returned in new or gently used condition – we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.
To process your return, please e-mail us at [email protected] and provide your:
- Name
- Order number
- Item(s) you are returning
- Reason for return
We will respond to your request within 3 business days and will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note that final sale items like promotional or limited edition releases are not eligible for our 30 day return policy.
Shipping
You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Reimbursement
We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at [email protected].
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange for another product, please send our team an email at [email protected]. Please note that we will only exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent via tracked shipping. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.
